2. REFUND RULES

a. We endeavor to fulfill orders placed promptly, adhering to the specifications and timelines outlined for each product. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our end, if an order cannot be shipped or delivered as per the stipulated conditions, the order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded.
b. You may cancel an order after the Date of Transaction and before dispatch of the product. Once dispatch has been initiated, orders cannot be cancelled.
c. Return or exchange requests will not be processed if the order was placed for the wrong product model, color, or if an incorrect product or service was selected.
d. We offer a 7-day Exchange Policy for damaged, incorrectly shipped, or missing products. If an item is found damaged, incorrect as per the description on our website, or if units are missing as per the ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and the received products to our customer care at feedback@unwynnd.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Subsequently, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and proceed to issue either a Coupon or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please be aware that replacements are contingent upon the availability of the particular product. It is important to note that the exercise of this option remains at the sole discretion of Unwynnd and in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Furthermore, while we do not offer monetary refunds of any sort to safeguard against fraud and spam, if you provide sufficient evidence that we have not fulfilled our obligations, you may submit proof, and if deemed eligible, we will initiate a refund to your provided bank account. However, eligibility for a refund or exchange is entirely at our discretion. For exchanges, you can opt for coupons or discounts.


3. EXEMPTIONS

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we reserve the right to refuse repair, replacement, or refund for a product or service you purchased under the following circumstances:

I. The purchased product falls under sale items or promotional items (discounts, giveaways, etc.).
II. The product has been used or opened.
III. The products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
IV. The product has been misused in a manner that caused the problem.
V. You were aware of or informed about the problem(s) with the product or service before making the purchase.
VI. Gifts or free services.
VII. The product is broken, tampered with, or damaged.
VIII. The product is returned after the return window has closed or the Refund Period has expired.

Any product returned without its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging (if any), and all other items initially included with the delivered product(s) will not be accepted. Please note that if any item is picked up by us and the original packaging and accessories are found to be missing or incomplete, the item will be returned to you at your expense. If you wish to avail yourself of the return/refund, and the remaining accessories can be reinstated, you may choose to courier them to us via SpeedPost at your expense.


4. RULES FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

a. To request the cancellation of a product, please contact us via email at feedback@unwynnd.com.
b. You are eligible to return or exchange the product only if it is returned in the same condition in which you received it.
c. Properly package the product and label it with the order number, return address, and your address.
d. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
e. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during the return transit. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
f. Upon receiving your return or exchange request, we will verify its authenticity and, if found genuine, arrange for the product to be picked up through an assigned logistics service provider.
g. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct tests to identify the fault you have notified us about.
h. Please ensure to attach a copy of the receipt or invoice along with the returned product.
i. You will receive an email or SMS notification at the email address or mobile number provided to us.


5. RESOLUTION OF RETURN/EXCHANCE POLICY DISPUTES

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Such reasons include but are not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, fires, acts of God or public enemies, famines, plagues, actions of the court or public authorities, changes in laws, explosions, wars, terrorism, armed conflicts, labor strikes, lockouts, boycotts, or similar events beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen.
